I added email chains to show communication done by email and the inspection report. We contacted the builder to only be met with silence. This is a brand new home we purchased, we waited years for this issues to be fixed. New huge water stains now decorate our ceiling, we had water pouring into our home. It didn't fix the issue, the imminent leak reappeared a few months latter, the worst it's ever been. The **** tech we hired told us they used the wrong part and the not the part Carrier requires, this caused our attic to fill with gas, and when the fire rod went out, our home to fill with gas.The major problem we have had is we have been dealing with a imminently leaking roof for years now that has only been getting worst, the builder sent the roofers out 5 times, the last time they just caulked (I guess the other 4 times they didn't check this?) and left and told us we need to do that every single year to stop the roof from leaking. This wasn't discovered until the fire rod went out and our whole home filled with gas. The second issue was our ****, a purposely used incorrect part (you could see where they cut notches to force the shaft to fit). I asked for a fix and was told to get gutters, it was my problem. We had water from our roof line pouring next to our foundation (you can see this in the inspection report), so much water after a storm you could stock it with fish. I am not sure anything can be done but I wanted to bring them up just in case. Fix mistakes and design decisions out of our own pocket. For issues not fixed (seen in inspection report): We have wood that looks like it is rotting on the side of our home and we have a damaged soffit where a drainage pipe damaged it. We also had to fix mistakes and design decisions out of our own pocket. We are still waiting for warranty issues to be fixed as well as a roof leak to be fixed, as of Feb 21 2023. We closed on an impression homes house back in Oct of 2019.
